Visit to Henstead Arts & Crafts Centre

Earlier this week, Therese Coffey  had the joy of visiting Henstead Arts & Crafts centre as part of her constituency tour.

Therese aid "It was a great afternoon, the centre has a fantastic variety of shops and is so much more than your usual shopping experience. I had the pleasure of spending the afternoon with Sally Rivett from Your Coasters – who puts on workshops for children as an integral part of her business Paint and Create".

"The businesses told me that the signs on the verge outside advertising the centre had recently been removed. Obviously we don't want the highway unnecessarily cluttered but it is important that businesses are able to advertise. I hope that when the tenants meet Suffolk Coastal District Council this week that a solution is found for better advertising. Government at all levels should be doing what it can to support business in these difficult times."
